The components of a project:

- Removal of old carpet, padding and tack, tile or wood from existing floor prior to installation of new hardwood or tile.
- Removal and replacement of appliances, sinks, toilets and trim.
- New Installation of unfinished or prefinished hardwood, and exotic or specialty hardwoods and we can match your new installation to your existing floors.
- Installation of Flooring and or Tile
- Complete Tile design and installation in Bathrooms – floors, walls, countertops, showers, tub decks and custom inlays.
- Install new rod iron and or wood spindles and rails of your choice.
- Fireplace – tile and stone design in all applications
- Installation of flush mount vents
- Screen and Coat
- Sanding, re-staining and finishing of existing floors
- We only use water based, low VOC Bonakemi polyurethane
- Hanging of plastic in work areas at an additional cost
- We use 99% Atomic Dust Containment System
- Use of specialized sanding equipment to avoid damage to cabinets and built-ins
- Water damage repairs
- Board or Spot Repairs (minimum charge applies)
- Installation of new or Refinishing of stairs
- Design and Installation of Boarders and Inlays
